You can raise a query of returns and replacement, within 10 days of purchase, in the event of reception of a defective tea ware, by sending an email to s[email protected]. To help evaluate the condition of the defective item, do attach an image of the same.

You can raise a query of returns and replacement within 10 days of receiving the order, in the event of reception of a damaged tea ware or gift ware, by sending an email to s[email protected]. So that the condition of the item can be evaluated do attach an image of the same. You are also requested to ensure that the item is completely unused and in its original state.

We will reverse pick any product that is acknowledged as “defective” or “damaged”. On receiving the item at our facility, the condition of the same will be verified and then the process of replacement/refund shall accordingly be initiated.
